When I joined Slay the USA: Slayin’ Vegas, I was just emerging from a season of deep transition. I had been carrying the weight of an ending, and then came an unexpected email from Leigh Clark. That invitation felt like a divine breath—air being poured back into my lungs, reminding me to open, to release, and to let the light in again. In that moment, I knew I was being called not just to write, but to rise.

This journey has been nothing short of transformational. Writing my chapter became an act of healing and grounding, a way of coming back home to myself. And waiting for me in this space was something I hadn’t even known I was longing for—a sisterhood of powerful women, each carrying their own light, strength, and story. Together, we formed a community that uplifted, affirmed, and reminded me that we are never alone in our journeys.
